For this game, make a 4th level character using only PBH 2024 materials. This will be a playtest for the new system. For stats, please use point buy and take average health. You will likely level up at least once during play.
For equipment preparation, use your class' starting gold amount + 200gp. Use standard equipment prices from the books. In addition, each player starts with a healing potion and has the choice to start with one of the following:

In 2022, my father discovered The Witch under a house he was inspecting. He brought it home where it has lived ever since. We attempted to throw it away, but the following morning it reappeared in the garage. We tried burning it, and though I saw it reduce to ash, the next morning it appeared again. The Witch is semi-hollow. Shaking it reveals something lies within, roughly the size and shape of a small human. The Witch now lives in the crawlspace under my parents house and makes an appearance at all important events, including my wedding party!
